Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; 1–3 years of total work experience and prior client services exposure are preferred.

• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources
• Support clients with operational and technical questions or issues and ensure requests are executed
• Use problem-solving and communication skills to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base
• Monitor client inquiries, elevate complex issues, and track client needs to support business development efforts
• Participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience
