Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and administrative support to contracted accounts.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and concerns; complete special reports and forms.
• Interact with executives of accounts and provide information on ABG locations, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain ABG charge card and corporate account information; promote special offers and extend corporate rentals as needed.
• Coordinate reservations and investigate customer service issues via phone and email with field teams.
• Communicate and collaborate with account managers and ABG personnel to retain and grow corporate business.
