Job summary

NIQ is seeking a highly motivated Manager of Corporate Accounting to join our finance team in the U.S. The role focuses on share-based compensation, pensions, debt, derivatives and related accruals, with responsibilities across close, reporting and internal controls.

You will partner with HR, Legal and Treasury to ensure accurate accounting and timely financial statements, while supporting audits and ERP enhancements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA certification required or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in public accounting or large international org.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, incl. share-based comp, pensions, debt and derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting for share-based compensation, including valuation and expense recognition.
• Oversee pension plans, 401(k) contributions and other benefit programs.
• Manage debt and derivative accounting, including hedging and compliance.
• Coordinate with Treasury, FP&A and audits to support close and disclosures.
• Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting and process improvements.
