Job summary

Toyota TMNA Corporate Accounting is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the financial close, reporting, and automation initiatives in Plano, Texas. You will build scalable data pipelines and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to drive accurate, timely financial insights.

The role partners with Finance, IT, and Operations to streamline processes, enhance governance, and enable digital transformation across the corporate accounting functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, financial systems, or finance analytics.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, BPC, Blackline, Workday, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per GAAP, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support month-end close activities ensuring policies and controls compliance.
• Develop executive financial reporting, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for finance transformation.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver automated reporting solutions.
• Design and maintain ETL processes and semantic data models for reporting.
