Job summary

TMN Toyota Motor North America Company is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst specializing in financial planning systems such as SAP BPC Planning and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). You will translate business needs into system requirements, collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IS teams, and drive enhancements to improve planning, reporting, and analytics.

Reporting to the Finance Accounting System and Technology Manager, you will support key finance initiatives, ensure compliance with SOX, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with Finance and Accounting processes, preferably SAP BPC Planning and SAC.
• Experience with financial reporting, planning, consolidation, and close processes.
• Strong requirements gathering, documenting processes, supporting UAT, validating outputs, and coordinating delivery.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, governance, audit compliance, and change management in finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and support financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics.
• Support SAP BPC Planning and SAC planning processes from a functional perspective.
• Lead or support requirements gathering, fit/gap analyses, UAT coordination, issue resolution, and readiness activities.
• Serve as a trusted partner to finance users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Support SOX controls, governance, and audit requirements for finance systems.
