Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA license or in progress is preferred.
• 2-3 years of accounting/reporting or auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounting, reporting and finance functions for private equity funds.
• Prepare and analyze quarterly financial reports and footnote support.
• Perform monthly general ledger close and journal entries.
• Manage treasury and cash activities incl. wire requests with joint ventures.
• Prepare monthly cash forecasts and update cash reserves.
• Prepare quarterly distribution analyses and investor statements.
• Assist in audit requests and lender reporting packages.
