Exalta Group in Pennsylvania is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to lead financial statement preparation, consolidation, month‑end close, and account analyses. You will manage budgets, forecasts, and internal controls within a manufacturing environment and work closely with the local GM.

This role collaborates with the local GM and finance team, supports ASC 842 lease calculations, and assists with audits and cost‑reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficient in GAAP and financial reporting.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and close month-end general ledger and consolidation.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analyses.
• Analyze cash flow, budgets, and forecasts.
• Assist with ASC 842 ROU assets and leasing calculations.
• Support annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Support accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, and collections.
• Prepare journal entries and respond to audit requests.
• Maintain internal controls and cost control improvements.
• Collaborate with GM and finance team.
• Other duties as assigned.
