Job summary

EXALTA in Michigan seeks Group Consolidation Manager to lead the process of combining financial results from multiple subsidiaries into a single set of statements under US GAAP and IFRS. You will use Tagetik to consolidate income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow, supervise intercompany reconciliations, and provide accurate, timely reporting to management and regulators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consolidation, mapping, and reporting.
• Experience with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Leadership and senior-management interaction.
• Expertise with intercompany reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-entity consolidation processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Prepare consolidated reports for senior management with variance analysis.
• Ensure IFRS and US GAAP compliance and adjust local GAAP as needed.
• Administer consolidation tools (Tagetik), train users, and promote best practices.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and multi-currency transactions.
• Collaborate with tax, legal, FP&A, and regional finance teams.
