Viasat is looking for a talented Senior Corporate Accountant to support our explosive growth in which Viasat has evolved into the premier global satellite communications provider to government and commercial customers.
The Senior Corporate Accountant will be a key member of the General Ledger team by assisting in the overall month-end close process for the Company. You will be responsible for managing various account balances, preparing month-end journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance explanations, assessing the proper GAAP accounting treatment for significant transactions, and working on one-off projects. You will also interface with external and internal auditors and assist in preparation of certain audit schedules, SEC supporting schedules and/or internal management reports.
$73,000.00 - $115,000.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $91,000.00- $136,000.00/ annually.
