Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years in healthcare, field sales, or related technical experience; OR an Associate degree with 9+ years; OR a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems; ability to train staff and physicians.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills are desired.

Responsibilities

• Sales support for Coronary business units and assist with sales strategy implementation.
• Support regional Coronary sales strategy and coordinate with managers across units.
• Provide technical support during procedures and implants; troubleshoot product-related inquiries.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff through trainings, in-services, and seminars.
• Coordinate training resources for hospital staff and “train the trainer” programs.
• Complete documentation and communicate updates to sales reps after cases.
• Maintain current knowledge of CRDN products and Medtronic programs.
• Communicate effectively with district personnel and customers; perform related duties.
