Job summary

Skydance Games in Santa Monica is seeking a Senior Project Manager to partner with our Core Tech engineering team to deliver the foundational technology powering our games. You will drive planning, execution, and delivery across engine, tools, infrastructure, online services, platform initiatives.

The ideal candidate blends strong project management with technical production knowledge, excels at organizing complex workstreams, managing dependencies, communicating across levels, and helping teams

Qualifications

3–5+ years leading engineering-focused projects in software or game development.
Strong written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.
Proven track record delivering complex initiatives across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Define and manage Core Technology initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Collaborate with engineers, producers, and leaders to align roadmaps and priorities.
Own intake, prioritization, and backlog maintenance for Core Technology.
Plan staffing with engineering leads to balance scope, schedule, and complexity.
Deliver status updates, roadmaps, and risk assessments to leadership.
Facilitate cross-team coordination across multiple technical workstreams.
Define success metrics and delivery criteria for initiatives.
Identify blockers and drive resolution with stakeholders.
Raise operational excellence through improved workflows and processes.
