Job summary

Skydance Games in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Project Manager to partner with our Core Tech engineering team to drive planning, execution, and delivery across engine, tools, infrastructure, online services, platform, and other core technology initiatives.

You will coordinate with engineering leadership, tech directors, and cross-functional stakeholders, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and keep teams focused on delivering world-class gaming technology.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management or program management in engineering-focused teams.
• 3–5+ years in game development or software environments.
• Ability to manage complex tech projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale PM processes with visibility into milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and stakeholders to align roadmaps and deliver initiatives.
• Own backlog intake, prioritization, and cross-team coordination across Core Technology.
• Plan staffing with engineering leads and balance scope, schedule, and complexity.
• Deliver status reports, roadmaps, and risk assessments to leadership.
• Identify risks, blockers, and resource constraints and drive resolution.
• Champion operational excellence and improve workflows and development practices.
