Job summary

Nike is seeking a Senior Professional, Core Operations in Beaverton, OR to ensure stability and effective use of business-critical tools supporting contract execution and legal workflows. You will manage day-to-day activities, enable platforms, and drive process improvements in a matrixed environment.

Collaborating with stakeholders and leaders, you’ll deploy integrations, support readiness efforts, and deliver training to promote adoption and minimize risk across Nike’s OGC operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
• 3+ years of proven experience in core operations.
• Strong ability to effectively facilitate and manage work across multiple business partners and developing consensus across leaders to influence effective outcomes.
• Highly proficient problem solver.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed work environment.
• Proactive desire to own and facilitate projects forward through measurable progress, planning, and team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational support for core OGC platforms, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
• Execute approved deployments, enhancements, and integrations for tools and technology, partnering with Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders to embed solutions into existing workflows.
• Support operational readiness activities, including documentation, training, and change enablement, to drive consistent adoption and reduce business risk.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to support delivery timelines, issue resolution, and platform performance.
• Develop and deliver training and communications that reinforce standard processes and effective technology use.
• Monitor operational health and usage trends across supported platforms, identifying issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide regular status updates to leaders, including progress, risks, and dependencies.
