Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational support for core OGC platforms, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
• Execute approved deployments, enhancements, and integrations for tools and technology, partnering with Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders to embed solutions into existing workflows.
• Support operational readiness activities, including documentation, training, and change enablement, to drive consistent adoption and reduce business risk.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to support delivery timelines, issue resolution, and platform performance.
• Develop and deliver training and communications that reinforce standard processes and effective technology use.
• Monitor operational health and usage trends across supported platforms, identifying issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide regular status updates to leaders, including progress, risks, and dependencies.

We are looking for an ambitious and methodical go-getter to join the team as a Sr. Professional, Core Operations. This individual will play equal parts problem solver and doer, tackling the roles of builder, operator, influencer, and delivery specialist, as they effectively navigate the matrixed structure of Nike. Building key partnerships, being a self-starter, developing a strong point of view, and gaining consensus across team will be key to be successful in the role.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The Senior Professional, Core Operations is responsible for ensuring the stability, continuity, and effective utilization of business-critical tools that support contract execution and legal workflows across Nike. This role supports the execution of core business operations within the OGC by managing day-to-day operational activities, platform enablement, and process improvements. Partnering closely with the Sr. Manager, this this role focuses on operationalizing defined priorities and ensuring systems are reliable, well-integrated, and consistently enable business delivery timelines.
