Job summary

Rogue Credit Union is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test and optimize database-driven applications that augment our core banking platform (Fiserv DNA). You will collaborate with stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams to deliver scalable, member-centric solutions within timelines and budgets.

Applicant should have 5+ years in back-end development with Oracle PL/SQL and Python, strong SQL tuning skills and an in-depth understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD and banking

Qualifications

5+ years in back-end programming with Oracle PL/SQL and Python 3
Expert-level knowledge of Python and Oracle PL/SQL, RDBMS fundamentals, and SQL tuning
Strong SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, change management and security practices
Finance/banking domain understanding (deposits/loans, payments, cards, GL, etc.)

Responsibilities

Develop, document and maintain database-driven applications and APIs for the Fiserv DNA Core-Banking platform
Collaborate with stakeholders and users to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Contribute to solution architecture design and optimization of database schemas
Lead and guide team on Oracle schemas and data architecture
Support SDLC processes and document code and designs
