Job summary

Rogue Credit Union in the Rogue Valley region seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test and optimize database-driven applications for the Fiserv DNA core banking platform. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, end-users and technical teams to deliver scalable, member-centric solutions within timelines and budget.

Responsibilities include SQL profiling, query tuning, API and batch process development, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Python 3 or similar scripting language.
• Strong knowledge of SQL querying, performance tuning and optimization.
• Understands SDLC, Agile, CI/CD and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document and maintain database-driven applications and APIs for core banking platform.
• Profile, tune and optimize queries; review pull/merge requests and document designs.
• Lead Oracle schema development and database-facing architecture; collaborate with teams.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
