Job summary

The Senior Copywriter will bring seasoned writing and content strategy expertise to a team that supports marketing efforts across WebstaurantStore, The Restaurant Store, Clark National Accounts, and other core services.

This role goes beyond writing individual pieces of copy — you'll help shape content strategy, bring creative ideas to the table, and partner closely with design teams on integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• Agency or in-house advertising experience.
• Seasoned writing and content strategy expertise.
• Ability to operate independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience shaping content strategy and collaborating with design teams on integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Write customer-facing copy for a range of digital & print marketing tactics (emails, landing pages, paid social, direct mail, flyers, signage, apps, and ads).
• Develop strategic internal deliverables like brand guides, messaging platforms, and training modules.
• Own and write for large cross-channel campaigns and routine monthly deliverables for various divisions.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Graphic Design, Video, Paid Media, Marketing Automation, and others to ideate and execute campaigns quickly.
• Shape content and messaging strategy with high-level campaign ideas.
• Self-edit and proofread work for accuracy, brand voice, and grammar before review.
• Translate feedback and business goals into clear, on-brand copy across departments.
