Job summary

Jellyfish is seeking a Senior Copywriter to craft high-quality, performance-driven copy for global brands across digital ads, websites, CRM and social. You’ll translate briefs and strategic direction into compelling messages while collaborating with strategists, creatives, media, data and AI specialists.

You’ll use Pencil and GenAI to iterate copy at scale, apply strong human judgment and ensure consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of copywriting experience, agency preferred.
• Excellent writing and editing with a strong portfolio.
• Experience across digital formats such as paid media, social and websites.
• Experience translating briefs into compelling copy.
• Strong understanding of audience insight and performance data.
• GenAI tools experience with prompting and workflows.
• Confidence contributing to messaging and creative recommendations.
• Attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality content across digital ads, websites, landing pages, CRM and social.
• Translate briefs, frameworks and strategy into copy; contribute ideas where appropriate.
• Lead client discovery and develop tone of voice materials and content toolkits.
• Oversee execution of complex copy projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure copy quality across projects with briefing, writing, editing and QA.
• Provide guidance to other copywriters and maintain high standards.
• Use Pencil for AI-enabled copy creation, iteration and optimisation.
• Develop messaging approaches using audience and performance insights.
• Design AI prompts and workflows to support scalable content tasks.
• Stay current with developments in digital content and AI-enabled creation.
