Job summary

Jellyfish, a global digital marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Copywriter to craft high-quality, performance-driven copy for global brands across digital channels. You will translate briefs into compelling messages and collaborate with strategists, creatives, media, data and AI specialists to deliver impactful content.

You will lead copy projects, oversee quality, and leverage GenAI tools like Pencil to iterate at scale while maintaining strong human judgement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in copywriting across multiple brands and channels.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a strong portfolio.
• Experience writing across digital formats such as paid media, social, CRM and websites.
• Experience translating briefs, strategies and messaging into compelling copy.
• Strong understanding of how audience insight and data inform copy.
• Experience using GenAI tools within copywriting/workflows and prompting skills.
• Confidence contributing to messaging and creative recommendations.
• Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and quality control.
• Experience collaborating across strategy, creative, media and data teams.
• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality work.
• Mentorship or feedback experience to other writers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality, audience-first content across digital ads, websites, landing pages, CRM and social.
• Translate briefs and strategies into compelling copy and contribute ideas.
• Lead copy-focused client discovery and develop content toolkits and sample content.
• Oversee complex copywriting projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure copy quality across projects through briefing, writing, editing and QA.
• Provide guidance to other copywriters to maintain high standards.
