BSSP is looking for a candidate who is relentlessly curious, passionate about advertising, riveted by evolving consumer consumption patterns, creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented. Our ideal candidate is based in the Bay Area and comes into our Sausalito Office. We will also consider candidates in OR, TX, and other parts of CA.

What we are looking for

• A very strong sense and capability of design
• Someone who can develop creative concepts and persuasive written content for multiple mediums/platforms such as social, digital, broadcast, and more.
• Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams and guiding creative direction.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• A strong social media portfolio.

Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year. This range is based on experience, skills, and location. If you do not reside in CA, OR, or TX, please do not apply. We are currently not considering candidates from other states.
