What you'll be doing...

• Concept and write integrated campaigns across broadcast/video, social, digital, web, OOH, email/CRM, and experiential.
• Own and protect the brand voice—keeping it consistent, distinctive, and alive across every touchpoint.
• Turn strategy and insight into ideas that move people to plan, book, and go.
• Write copy that ranges from poetic brand storytelling to sharp, conversion‑minded performance work.
• Partner tightly with art directors to build ideas that are as strong visually as they are verbally.
• Present and rationalize your work to internal teams and clients with clarity and conviction.
• Mentor junior writers and raise the craft bar across the team.

Who you are...

• 5+ years of copywriting experience, ideally at an agency, with a portfolio that shows range and craft.
• Travel, tourism, lifestyle, hospitality, or experiential work is a strong plus.
• A gift for storytelling—you can write a goosebump‑inducing brand film and a scroll‑stopping social caption with equal skill.
• Fluency across long and short form, and across brand and performance.
• Strong conceptual thinking; you sell ideas, not just lines.
• Comfort collaborating in a fast‑paced, data‑informed, integrated environment.

Nice to have...

• Experience with destination marketing, place branding, or content built around real‑world experiences.
• A point of view on social and emerging formats.
