You are:

We are searching for a Senior Copywriter who is passionate about their craft and eager to make an impact on the work we do. This individual should have experience in the creative industry, comfortable with multiple media—from interactive to brand campaigns, digital content—and a diverse portfolio of work. The candidate must be confident as an individual contributor, capable of leading when needed, and collaborative to deliver the best concepts and solutions. An ideal candidate has a substantial portfolio of published creative work and professional writing experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can adapt to different styles easily.

The work:

  1. Write compelling and creative copy for various platforms and lengths, from big idea campaigns and TV spots to long-form content like eBooks and social media ads.
  2. Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  3. Present and defend concepts and copy confidently in internal and client meetings.
  4. Deliver assignments on time, maintaining Accenture Song quality standards.
  5. Proficiently follow copy style guidelines.
  6. Understand the importance of strategic thinking in creative work.
  7. Manage multiple clients and projects with attention to detail.
  8. Handle all facets of production and post-production with minimal supervision.
  9. Lead and own work, developing disruptive ideas independently.
  10. Mentor junior copywriters, ensuring quality standards are met.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of copywriting experience (B2B or B2C).
  2. Minimum 2 years agency or equivalent industry experience across digital, social, film, long-form content, and print.
  3. Portfolio demonstrating strategic, disruptive, and brand-building concepts across multiple platforms.

Bonus points if you have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English.
  2. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  3. A clear point of view on AI and the future of advertising.
  4. Natural storytelling ability.
  5. Ability to work well in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
  6. Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development.
  7. Experience using GenAI in workflows.
  8. Experience with Telecomm, Media, and Technology (CMT) clients.
  9. Experience in scaled AOR engagements.
  10. Portfolio with award-winning, industry-recognized work (OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Effies, ADC).
  11. Fluency in social media platforms and trends.
