Job summary

Spherico, the market access agency of GSW and part of Syneos Health, seeks a Copy Supervisor to lead day-to-day copy across print, digital, and beyond for healthcare professionals and patients. You’ll own the team’s output, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver compelling brand stories.

Bring 4–6 years in advertising with pharma agency experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to craft sales aids and core claims that elevate our clients’ messages.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in the advertising industry.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical agency experience, including writing for HCPs and patients.
• Proven ability to develop sales aids, core claims, and other promotional content.
• Portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual ability.

Responsibilities

• Act as the “team owner”, managing day-to-day copy responsibilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to craft novel, original work across multiple mediums—print, digital, and beyond for diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.
• Develop a deep understanding of the brand, category, and marketplace.
• Demonstrate strong conceptual abilities and superior storytelling skills.
• Create sales aids, core claims, and other promotional materials that drive engagement
