Job summary

Spherico, the market access agency, is seeking a Copy Supervisor to lead day-to-day copy work and collaborate with cross-functional teams across print, digital, and beyond. You will craft powerful brand narratives for healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring accuracy and impact.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in advertising, at least 2 years in a pharmaceutical agency, and a portfolio proving strong conceptual ability.

As a Copy Supervisor at Spherico, you'll work on a variety of projects that inspire and reach people with just a few words. You'll serve as a key member of a cross-functional team and oversee day-to-day copy responsibilities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and precision.

What You'll Do

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, journalism, or related field; coursework in pharmaceutical advertising or life sciences a plus.

• Basic knowledge of digital communications and media channels.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
