Job summary

We are seeking a Sr. Copilot Engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions built on Copilot and the Power Platform. This is a fully remote role based out of Columbus, OH.

The candidate will design, build, and customize Copilot Studio agents, MCP servers, and enterprise integrations across SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate, ensuring governance and secure deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and customizing Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, connectors, and workflows.
• Experience designing, building, and integrating MCP Servers with enterprise systems.
• 5+ years of Microsoft 365/Power Platform experience with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience in REST APIs, authentication, permissions, and Dataverse/SharePoint integrations.
• Governance, security, ALM, and environment management for Power Platform solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers, integrating them with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Develop and maintain solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Build and manage enterprise integrations, including REST APIs, authentication, permissions, and connections to Dataverse, SharePoint, and third-party systems.
• Establish governance, security, and ALM practices to support scalable, enterprise-grade Copilot and Power Platform deployments.
• Manage environment strategy and deployment processes across development, test, and production.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and productivity gains.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Copilot, Power Platform, and integrated systems.
• Stay current on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and MCP developments, sharing knowledge across the team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
