Job summary

BlueWater Federal Solutions is seeking a Senior COP Manager (Training Manager) to support USSOCOM at MacDill AFB. You will operate C2 systems and use tools such as Agile Client, Maven Smart System, MCS COP to manage the USSOCOM COP.

Responsibilities include leading watch teams, training operator proficiency, and applying knowledge of GCCS FoS, Joint C2, and data links. Active TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years GCCS experience required.

• Experience training operators and leading watch teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform as Sr COP Manager and Shift Lead with Training Manager duties.
• Maintain knowledge of GCCS FoS, Maven Smart System, MCS COP, and other C2 apps.
• Direct theater data coordination and manage theater COP database.
