Job summary

BlueWater Federal Solutions seeks a Senior COP Manager (Task Lead) to support USSOCOM at MacDill AFB. You will operate C2 systems and synchronization tools to manage the USSOCOM COP within a demanding, 24/7 watch environment.

You will coordinate data, assess communications architectures, and lead collaboration across theater networks, ensuring operational readiness and integration of sensor data from multiple sources.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of GCCS experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Expert knowledge of Joint Operations, Joint C2 systems and TDLs.
• Experience directing or managing programs at a COCOM level.
• Ability to present to senior leaders in US/Coalition defense.
• Familiarity with cyber security RMF and cross-domain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall task order management including cost, schedule, and performance.
• Maintain knowledge of GCCS FoS, Maven Smart System, MCS COP and related C2 apps.
• Act as SME COP Manager on a 24/7 watch team for theater data coordination.
• Coordinate COP across multiple networks and support C2 product development.
• Implement COP architectures to support exercises and real-world operations.
