What’s the position?

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Coordinator, Omni Operations & Procurement Services to support and help lead the business operations of the Omni team. This individual will play a critical role in calendar planning, scheduling, procurement coordination, inventory & storage management, and financial tracking, helping ensure that key projects, vendor activities, and departmental workflows run smoothly and efficiently.

As the senior member of the coordinator team, this person will co-lead procurement coordination alongside the Sr. Manager, serve as the go-to resource for vendor setup and purchase order processing, and onboard and train new coordinators. They will also take the lead on larger or more complex requests and purchases as business needs require.

The ideal candidate brings a sharp organizational mindset, excels in balancing multiple priorities, and enjoys sharing their expertise with teammates in a dynamic environment where operational precision is key to company success.

This is a hybrid role requiring three in-person days per week, split between the office, our storage facility, and on-site at Hard Rock properties as business needs require.

  • Oversee purchase requisitions, purchase order (PO) processing, and invoice tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

  • Take the lead on larger or more complex requests and purchases, as needed, from scoping through fulfillment.

  • Track departmental spend against budget and reconcile purchase orders and invoices.

Team Support & Training
  • Onboard and train new coordinators on procurement processes, tools, and team workflows.

  • Serve as a go-to resource for coordinators on day-to-day procurement and operational questions, escalating to the Sr. Manager as needed.

  • Anticipate operational bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions to maintain project momentum.

Inventory & Storage Management
  • Together with the other members of the coordinator team, oversee and handle the hands-on upkeep of Omni storage units, making sure branded promo items and signage assets are stored safely, labeled clearly, and easy to access.

  • Partner with Omni Specialists to maintain an accurate inventory tracking system, including regular audits, stock counts, and reconciliation against purchase records.

  • Flag low stock, damaged items, or storage capacity problems early, and recommend when to reorder, replace, or consolidate.

Process Optimization
  • Maintain and continuously improve internal documentation for key operational processes.

  • Propose enhancements to scheduling, procurement, and reporting tools or workflows that improve efficiency and transparency.
