Senior Coordinator, Marketing Operations (Remote)

This role involves coordinating procurement and invoicing activities for marketing services and supporting departmental communication. The candidate will manage reporting on SLAs, ROI, and spend, and support accessibility standards for marketing materials. They will also assist in process improvements and research marketing tools, ensuring customer focus and handling RTBF requests.

Responsibilities include:

  • Onboard suppliers and team members
  • Maintain training documentation
  • Manage marketing operations reporting
  • Support accessibility audits
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Research marketing apps/tools
  • Monitor customer concerns and process RTBF requests
  • Work on special projects as needed

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
