Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in project teams for New Product Development, Continuous Product Improvement, or Feature Innovation.
• Design, testing, and reviews for refrigeration-based sealed systems across product lines.
• Apply 8D problem-solving to identify root cause and drive corrective actions.
• Use engineering analyses to design reliable cooling system solutions across product types.
• Develop technical drawings, models, and specifications with engineering software.
• Conduct testing, analyze data, and evaluate performance, reliability, and safety of solutions.
• Identify improvements and implement design modifications across product lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Stay updated on cooling systems advances and innovations.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
