Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in Chesterfield, MO is hiring immediately for full-time Senior Cook positions at Bayer Chesterfield. The role offers a day shift, Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will prepare nutritious, well-flavored food in compliance with federal, state, local, and company standards, following recipes and HACCP guidelines. Previous scratch kitchen production experience is required and you may assist in supervising kitchen

Qualifications

• Must have previous scratch kitchen production experience.
• Experience with maintaining daily production records and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use and perform routine cleaning.
• Label, date, and store food items according to policy and maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and documentation.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
