Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring for full-time Cook positions at Bayer Chesterfield in Chesterfield, MO. The role is day shift with no evenings or weekends and immediate start. Previous scratch kitchen experience is preferred and pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous scratch kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and visually appealing.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains cleanliness, stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Maintains refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat; ensures food and supplies are stored per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to HACCP standards.
