Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a Senior Cook at Mayo Clinic in Osseo, WI. This full-time role requires preparing nutritious meals, following recipes, and maintaining strict cleanliness and safety standards in a health-system kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored according to standards.
• Oversees cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepares entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after use and performs routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items and maintains organized storage.
• Follows HACCP guidelines for quality and safety.
