Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities and assist Food Service Director as assigned.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment and perform routine cleaning.
• Maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
• Document daily production records and related logs as required.
• Assist in cross-training of staff and perform other duties as assigned.
