Job summary

Eurest is hiring a Senior Cook for our Lowe's site in Mooresville, NC. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. You should have cooking experience and work well in a team atmosphere to help deliver high-quality meals.

Responsibilities

• Store, label and date food items according to policy and maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and documentation.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned.
• Assists in the cross training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
