Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: eight school grades minimum.
• Experience: supervisory cook in large quantity food service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and cook meals for 500+ people per day.
• Estimate food needs and requisition ingredients.
• Supervise receipt, storage and distribution of food supplies.
• Train and direct kitchen staff on standardized recipes and timing.
