Compass Group USA, operating Eurest in North Palm Beach, FL, is hiring a Senior Cook for a full-time on-site role. Location details include Pratt & Whitney campus; typical hours Monday–Friday with potential variation.

Senior cooks oversee kitchen activities, prepare entrees, and ensure food safety compliance. Five or more years of kitchen experience is required, along with the ability to follow recipes and maintain daily production records.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of kitchen experience.
• Willingness to work full-time schedule.
• Ability to follow recipes and HACCP guidelines.

Mansioni

• Oversee cooking activities of kitchen staff as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage of dry goods and perishables.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and completing required documentation.
