Compass Group USA, through Eurest, is hiring a Senior Cook for a full-time position at the Charles Schwab location in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires prior food service and grill cooking experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule; hours may vary. The pay range is $19.00–$20.00 per hour, with benefits and accreditation through Eurest.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by the Food Service Director.
• Prepare entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use; perform routine cleaning.
• Label, date and store food items; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for safety and quality of food.
• Maintain daily production records and documentation.
• Assist in cross-training staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
