Job summary

Eurest USA is seeking a Cook to prepare nutritious and flavorful meals in line with federal, state, local, and company standards. This role supports food service operations at Wayfair The Porch in Wilmette, IL and requires adherence to established recipes and safety guidelines.

Shifts include full and part‑time, 9:00 am–7:00 pm, with hourly pay of $18.00–$20.00. Internal referral bonuses apply and online applications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Cook and food service experience required.

Responsibilities

• May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use, and perform scheduled routine cleaning.
• Store, label, and date food items according to policy; help maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completing all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned.
• Assist in the cross‑training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Full and part‑time shifts, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm (days may vary).
• Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
