We are hiring immediately for a full-time and part-time SENIOR COOK position.

Location: Novant Health East Cooper Medical Center - 2000 Hospital Drive, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules; days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior culinary experience is required.

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares nutritious and flavorful food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Oversee cooking activities as assigned.
  • Prepare various entrees and menu items following recipes.
  • Operate and clean equipment after use; perform routine cleaning.
  • Store, label, and date food items; maintain organized storage.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety.
  • Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate production records and documentation.
  • Assist in cross-training employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
