Compass Group USA, through Bon Appétit Management Company, is hiring a Senior Cook for the Sodo Culinary site in Tukwila, WA 98188. The full-time schedule runs Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with online applications accepted. Prior catering or batch cooking experience is required, and the pay range is $26.00–$28.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.

• Store, label and date food items according to policy. Maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
