Job Summary

Prepares nutritious and flavorful food according to federal, state, local, and company standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by the Food Service Director.
2. Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
3. Operate and clean equipment after use; perform routine cleaning.
4. Store, label, and date food items; maintain organized storage of supplies.
5. Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality.
6. Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
7. Assist in maintaining accurate production records and documentation.
8. Cross-train employees as needed.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
