• May oversee cooking activities as assigned by the Food Service Director.
• Prepares various entrees and menu items following recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment; performs scheduled cleaning.
• Stores, labels, and dates food items; maintains organized storage.
• Follows HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations.
• Assists in maintaining production records and documentation.
• Supports cross-training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
