Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Senior Cook in Atlanta, GA at Porsche Drive. This full-time role requires preparing nutritious and flavorful meals in compliance with standards. Weekend availability is required; schedule is Monday through Friday with hours varying.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.

• Store, label and date food items according to policy; maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining accurate daily production records and documentation.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary:

Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
