Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage areas.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
