Qualifications

Responsibilities

• May oversee cooking activities as assigned by the Food Service Director.
• Prepares entrees and menu items per established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates food items as required.
• Follows HACCP guidelines for quality and safety.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations.
• Assists in maintaining daily production records.
• Assists in cross-training employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
