Previous cooking experience is required. Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored, following HACCP guidelines and established recipes. You may oversee cooking activities, prep entrees, operate and clean equipment, store foods, and maintain daily production

• Full-time position with days and hours that may vary; open availability required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and documentation.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
