Job summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
- Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
- Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform routine cleaning.
- Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage.
- Follow HACCP guidelines for quality and safety of food supply.
- Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining daily production records and documentation.
- Assist in cross-training of employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
