Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Cook for a full-time role at our Salt Lake City location. The position requires previous kitchen experience, with morning shifts listed; an internal employee referral bonus is available. Pay range is $19.50–$26.00 per hour.

As a Senior Cook, you may oversee cooking activities, prepare entrees, ensure HACCP compliance, and help maintain records. Benefits include retirement plans, health programs, and more.

• Complies with health and sanitation regulations and department procedures.
• Maintains daily production records and completes required documentation.
• Assists in cross-training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Assists Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned.
• Assists in the cross training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
