Job summary

SodexoMagic is seeking a Senior Cook for the CELGENE site in Summit, NJ. You will prepare and present a variety of hot and cold dishes across Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and events, following recipes and maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to prepare and present hot and cold foods for multiple meal periods.
• Follow complex recipes and produce large batches using classical and contemporary techniques.
• May supervise production staff and train/assign tasks.
• Punctual and reliable with regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and/or cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Follow complex recipes or product directions.
• Produce small to large batch goods using a full range of techniques.
• May oversee production staff, train and assign tasks.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and maintain regular attendance.
